Refund & Replacement Policy

At Pomoro, we take great pride in the quality of our products and ensure that every jar of sauce you receive is made fresh and packed with care. Since our products are perishable food items, we follow a strict No Return & No Cancellation policy.
Please read our policy carefully before placing an order:
1. Non-Returnable Items

All Pomoro products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to their perishable and consumable nature.

Once delivered, products cannot be accepted back under any circumstance.
2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at help@pomoro.in within 5 (five) days of receiving your order.

You must provide your Order ID along with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

We highly recommend recording a video while unboxing/opening your package to serve as proof in case of damage or defect. This helps us ensure a smoother and faster replacement/refund process.

After verification, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Replacements are only valid for genuine issues such as damage, leakage, spoilage, or incorrect items. Complaints based on taste, personal preference, or change of mind are not eligible.
3. Address Corrections & Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery address and contact details at checkout.

If you have entered an incorrect or incomplete address, please email us at the earliest convenience so we can try to update it before dispatch.

Once the order is dispatched, any address change or re-delivery will attract additional delivery fees.

Pomoro will not be liable for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
4. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

5. Replacement & Refund Timelines

Verified replacement requests will be processed within 7–10 days.

If a replacement is not possible due to product unavailability, Pomoro reserves the right to issue a refund or store credit.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 days, depending on your bank/payment gateway.
6. Governing Law
This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
