This website is operated by Pomoro, a brand owned and operated by Shuru Foods Private Limited. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Pomoro.

Pomoro offers this website, including all information, tools, products and services, to you conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms of Service and all related policies.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information including name, address, phone number and payment details. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.

2. OUR PRODUCTS

Pomoro sells packaged food products.

Product images, colours and descriptions are for representation only. Minor variations may occur due to manufacturing batches, packaging updates or screen settings.

We may change, replace or discontinue any product at any time without notice.

3. FOOD SAFETY, STORAGE & ALLERGENS

Our products are manufactured in licensed facilities and comply with applicable Indian food and packaging laws including FSSAI regulations and the Legal Metrology Act, 2007.

Once delivered, the customer is responsible for:

  • Proper storage

  • Following best-before dates

  • Preventing spoilage, contamination or misuse

Some products may contain or be manufactured in facilities handling allergens such as milk, nuts, gluten or soy. Always read the product label carefully before consumption.

Pomoro is not responsible for allergic reactions, improper storage, over-consumption or misuse.

4. HEALTH & DIETARY DISCLAIMER

Pomoro products are food products only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

If you have allergies, medical conditions, are pregnant or taking medication, consult a professional before consuming.

5. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Orders are confirmed only once payment is received and accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order, including those that appear to be placed by resellers, distributors or dealers.

6. PRICES & TAXES

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

Shipping charges, COD fees and promotions are shown at checkout.

7. SHIPPING, DELIVERY & ADDRESS ACCURACY

Delivery timelines are estimates only.

Customers must provide a complete and correct address and phone number. If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete details, we may charge re-shipping fees or decline a refund.

Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is handed to the courier.

8. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

We may:

  • Restrict COD

  • Cancel COD orders

  • Require prepaid payment from repeat customers

COD orders that are refused without valid reason may lead to account suspension or blacklisting.

9. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Food products are perishable. Once opened, they cannot be returned.

All returns and refunds are governed strictly by our Refund Policy on the website.

10. PRODUCT LABEL OVERRIDE

In case of any difference between website information and the product label, the product label shall prevail for ingredients, nutrition, allergens, shelf life and storage instructions.

11. RESALE & EXPORT

Pomoro products are for personal consumption only.
Resale, redistribution, repackaging or export without written permission is prohibited.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All branding, packaging, designs, photography, content and trademarks belong to Pomoro or its licensors. You may not copy, reuse or reproduce them without permission.

13. TECHNOLOGY & DATA TRANSMISSION

Non-payment information (such as email, address and order data) may be transmitted across multiple networks and systems to operate the Services. Payment information is always encrypted.

14. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We are not responsible for Shopify, payment gateways, courier partners or any third-party services linked to our website.

15. SHOPIFY

Shopify hosts our store but is not responsible for our products, orders or disputes. You release Shopify from related claims.

16. USER FEEDBACK

Any reviews, messages or feedback submitted may be used by Pomoro for marketing or operations without compensation.

17. ERRORS

We reserve the right to correct pricing, descriptions or availability and cancel affected orders.

18. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, fraud or legal risk.

19. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Products and Services are provided “as is” except where required by Indian law.

20. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Pomoro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the product.

21. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify Pomoro against claims arising from misuse, false information or violations of these Terms.

22. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delays or failure caused by events beyond our control including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions or courier disruptions.

23. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

24. CHANGES

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance.
